Cake Size Guide: How Many People Does a Cake Feed in Los Angeles? (6-Inch vs 8-Inch vs Sheet Cake)
Brand
Sweet Angeles
Ranks
#2 on Google for "how many people does a 6 inch cake feed" Ahrefs estimate, as of November 2, 2026

Choosing the wrong cake size is one of the most common, and most avoidable, party planning mistakes. Order too small and you run out of cake in front of your guests. Order too large and you are left storing a cake meant for eighty when eighteen people showed up.

According to Wilton's official cake serving chart, a 6-inch round yields 12 servings either way, an 8-inch yields 20 party servings or 24 wedding servings, a 10-inch yields 28 party or 38 wedding, and a 12-inch yields 40 party or 56 wedding. Sheet cakes are less standardized: as the foodservice supplier WebstaurantStore notes in its sheet cake sizing guide, there is no single industry standard sheet cake size, so bakeries vary somewhat in dimensions and serving counts.

The routine

Set it up once. It keeps writing.

  1. You pick the rhythm. Daily, weekly or every two weeks, as a scheduled task in your Claude.
  2. It picks the topic. The part of your brand it has covered least, and a keyword none of your posts already answers.
  3. It writes the post. Research, angle, outline, draft and checks, with nobody watching.
  4. It saves a draft. An HTML file in your brand folder and, on Shopify, an unpublished draft article.
  5. It reports back. A line in its history file and a short report next to the draft.

It never publishes. You read the draft and press publish.

How it works

Five steps, the way a careful writer works

Each run hands the work to a team of Claude agents: Opus for the angle, outline and prose, Sonnet for research, critique and checks.

What each step does
  1. Research. Finds keywords with your SEO tool or the web, checks who owns each set of results, and picks one your site can win.
  2. Angle. Argues four angles and picks the one your brand can own.
  3. Outline. An editor critiques the outline against the live results, and it is rewritten until it passes.
  4. Draft. Writes the post in your brand's voice and links each source in the text.
  5. Validate. Checks that every citation loads and supports its claim, then adds the content brief and image prompts.

The story

Built from a workflow that kept repeating

Gev Balyan kept running the same content workflow for one business after another, so he turned it into a Claude skill. Then he asked Claude to critique its own drafting, and rebuilt that phase around an angle statement and an editor that has to pass the outline before any writing starts.

Lunapost grew out of Gev Balyan's Rankenstein skill for Claude, which adapted the research-first pipeline of Rankenstein by Daniel Agrici and Benjamin Samar. It also draws on three books: The AEO Blueprint for Startups (Sean Ellis and Jonathan Martinez), Made to Stick (Chip and Dan Heath) and Contagious (Jonah Berger).

FAQ

Questions before you buy

What do I get?

The Lunapost skill with its routine, setup guides for both install paths, the license and every future update. After payment we email you within one business day with the package and both setup guides. If you bought a custom setup, we book the kickoff call first and send you the package at that call.

Which Claude do I need?

Claude with Opus and Sonnet and enough usage for heavy runs. Lunapost runs in the Claude desktop app, including its scheduled tasks, and in Claude Code. An SEO connector such as Ahrefs or SEMrush is optional but recommended; without one, Lunapost uses web research and says so in its report.

What does it cost per post?

Lunapost charges nothing per post. A full run uses about 17 to 19 agents and 500,000 to 700,000 tokens from your own Claude plan, and any SEO tool you connect bills you on its own terms.

How do updates work?

Every future version is included, for life. We email you each new version.

Can I upload it myself, or do I need an engineer?

Either works. Upload the skill file in the Claude app, with no command line, or have an engineer install it with Claude Code. Both guides come with the package, and custom setup does it all for you.

What does the license allow?

Use Lunapost for any brand you own, and let an engineer or contractor you hire install and run it for you. You may not share, resell or publish it. Agencies using it for their clients need a separate agency license. Read the license

Can I get a refund?

Full refund for the license alone if you ask before we email you the package, which we do within one business day of payment; custom setup is refundable until the kickoff call.
